On the PvP ruleset the world is contested everywhere, all the time. It also has the one rule that matters most for gold: an account picks a single faction here and keeps it, so the side you order for has to be the side you play.
This is beta gold. It exists to test builds, professions and the auction house, and it is wiped together with the beta on November 4.
You pay on the seller’s site, not here. Delivery time is the seller’s own figure.
One side per account
Normal, Roleplay and Hardcore let one account keep characters on both factions. PvP does not: the first character you make on this ruleset decides the faction, and the other side stays closed to that account on PvP.
Mail and the trade window never cross factions either. An order placed for the wrong side cannot be delivered at all, and on PvP there is no second character on the other side to take it instead.
Buying PvP gold
The seller lists PvP per faction, with its own rate and smallest order for each. Most orders arrive by mail, which spares you a meeting in a contested zone; for a trade in person, a party invite puts you both on the same layer first.

Order on the seller’s site
Give the name of the character that should receive it, its world type and its faction. That is all the seller needs.
Mail or a trade in person
Most orders come by mail, which ignores layers and does not need you online. For a hand-over in person, a party invite puts you both on the same layer.

Mail and the trade window never cross factions. An order placed for the wrong side cannot be delivered, so check it twice before you pay.
About PvP gold
Can I play Alliance and Horde on PvP?
Not on one account. The PvP ruleset locks the account to the faction of its first character there. Normal, Roleplay and Hardcore allow both.
Is the PvP rate the same for both factions?
Not necessarily. The seller prices each faction on its own, and the trade window shows the rate for the side you pick.
Can the seller deliver while I am out in the world?
